Almira Community Center
Center has a kitchen, a meeting or dining room and a large room with Stage. Full capacity is 200.
Rent for kitchen and dining room is $50 a day.
Rent for all but kitchen is $100 a day.
Rent for all with kitchen is $150 a day.
Dining Room only is $35.00
If no conflicting events, you can set up the day before or clean up the following day for $35 a day.
Dumpster Fee (Charge based per event/filling of dumpster beyond normal use) $35

Davenport Memorial Hall
Center has large room and kitchen. Building will hold approximately 150 people with tables, 200 without.
Rent for kitchen and large room is $150 a day.
Rent for just large room is $110 a day.
Deposit is $50.

Harrington Community Center
Center has a large dining room, a larger dining, meeting room and a kitchen.
Rent for smaller room and kitchen is $40 a day. Bi-Monthly contract $24.00 a day. Weekly Contract $16.00 a day.
Rent for the larger room and kitchen is $70 a day. Bi Monthly contract 42.00 a day. Weekly Contract $28.00 a day.
There is an additional surcharge of $25.00 for high capacity events with >75 people lasting longer than 4 hours. (e.g. large family reunions, wedding receptions, etc)
Fixed scale discounts available for recurring events. Minimum contract length = 6 consecutive cycles. Notice of early contract termination required at least 2 weeks before last use.

Odessa community center has one large room, easily seats 200, a newly updated commercial kitchen.
Rent for the large room is $200 a day.
Rent for the kitchen is $50 a day
If there are no conflicting events, you can set up the day before or clean up the following day for $25 a day.
Refundable cleaning deposit is $100.

Sprague’s Community Center has two large rooms, on smaller room and a kitchen.
Rent for large rooms is $50 each
Rent for small room is $35
Rent for kitchen only is $25
Entire building is rented for $160 per day and includes a free day to set up if available.

Center has a large Lodge Room, a large auditorium, a youth room (large dining room) and kitchen.
Rent for Lodge Room is $30 for day, $35 for night and $50 for day and night.
Rent for Auditorium is $40 for day, $50 for night and $70 for day and night.
Rent for the youth room is $35 for day, $50 for night and $60 for day and night.
Kitchen is an extra $40 on top of room or rooms you choose.
Rent Entire building for entire day is $100.
Weddings are $175.00 a day.
Non refundable 50% deposit is due upon reservation.
